7. ARTIST RIGHTS

Create prints or reproductions unless otherwise agreed

8. CREDIT

Client agrees to credit the Artist as:

Where reasonably applicable (e.g., social media, publications).

9. CANCELLATION / TERMINATION

If Client cancels:

The deposit is non-refundable
Artist retains all rights to unfinished work

If the artist cancels:

Full refund of any payments made

If the project is terminated mid-way:

Client pays for work completed to date

10. OWNERSHIP OF PHYSICAL ARTWORK

Ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the Client only upon receipt of full payment.

11. LIABILITY

The Artist is not responsible for:

Damage after delivery
Improper installation or handling

Insurance during shipping:
